History

The history of cattery has begun in 1994 with purchase of an exotic short-haired cat. This lovely cat with the face of an owl finally also has irrevocably entered me into the world felinology. And here already in the beginning of 1995 of the USA the red marble exotic cat, and later some more months - two cats-brides for our handsome man exot has been imported. The beginning was necessary to nursery, and in January, 1996 the nursery has been officially registered in «Felina» under the name «GOLDEN DREAM ».

And in the beginning of 1997 at the next exhibition of cats we with family were so subdued with shape scottish-fold, that we have immediately got at once two lop-eared cats blue-cream color. They became founders of a new direction of work of our nursery, having put in pawn in it the first lines scottish-folds.

As at work with exots and Persians we already faced a problem of selection of the manufacturer, after a while in the same cattery, whence it came our the first folds, we have got a cat with direct ears (straight) chocolate color and its fold-eared mum.

The scottish-folds hobby has turned for all our family to the true passion. For this reason in 1999 we have re-registered the name of nursery. Our nursery has received CFA - registration and began to carry the name «RUMFOLD».

It became already obvious, that felinology and cats for me it is much more than simply hobby. And from the moment of a re-registration of cattery my program of training and preparation has begun. First stuart, then the clerk on ring format of exhibitions «ASSOLUX» and «СFA». Training was a constant - not missing any exhibition. The program of training on the expert has simultaneously been connected.

In April, 2002 my first refereeing has come to pass. The moment for me almost solemn and very exciting. And in the autumn at an exhibition "Hills Cup» we have received a rank of the best cattery, and fold-eared kitty Rumfold Irma Ivetta became the third best kitten of an exhibition.

Looking back at the passed way (almost 10 years) me very much are pleased with development our domesticfelinology. For this time in my family two daughters (1995 were born and 2002), they are very adhered to all our house favourites. And now in April, 2005 we had a long-awaited son - the future amateur (and the professional can also) cats.

From constant contact to children all up to uniform a kitten never will show the claws and a teeth. It can be always correct therefore my animals behave at exhibitions, are always happy, are always adequate to new animals and to new people. I am happy, and in fact earlier and could not think, that the destiny will reduce me with my cats who always return love and install huge feeling of love and the responsibility.
